This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs, which may include your IP address, to keep the service secure.

When you email us

If you email us we keep your name, email address and message so that we can reply and, where relevant, deliver work for you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or the performance of a contract where you are a client. We keep correspondence for up to 6 years after our last contact, to meet tax and contract record requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run our email and website, and they process data only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@civicpage.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
